Membership of Enfield Landlords is open to anyone that owns property in the London Borough of Enfield.  There are seven categories of membership.  Each membership subscription is valid for three years.  Membership is based on how many houses or flats that the Landlord owns in the borough.

Membership plans are based on property portfolio size. There are 7 categories of membership.

1. Bronze membership: available to Landlords with a portfolio size of 1 to 4 properties.

2. Silver membership: available to Landlords with a portfolio size of 5 to 10 properties.

3. Gold membership: available to Landlords with a portfolio size of 11 to 40 properties.

4. Platinum membership: available to Landlords with a portfolio size of 41 to 100 properties.

5. Black Account: available to core members with executive responsibilities or any Landlord with a portfolio size of 101 to 500 properties.

6. Corporate membership: available to corporate bodies with a portfolio size of 501 to 4,999 properties.

7. Senior Corporate membership: available to corporate bodies with a portfolio size of 5,000 to 14,999 properties.
